Our design work covers Web sites, online ad campaigns, corporate Identity, advertising, and printed marketing materials. We'll be glad to send you a brochure as a visual reminder of our business capabilities.
"At each step of the process, they take the time to understand the project, then execute tasks quickly. The results are true to my objectives. And best of all, the design exudes confidence and is engaging." Justin Yuen

THE PROCESS Stage Three: Production Production is often the most time consuming stage of a Web project. It involves all of the necessary tasks to develop the final pages, such as coding, graphic production, copywriting, and back-end Web development. The larger the project, the more time is required. At this level, the client can be involved in many ways. At the minimum, we’ll have approval phases set up for production templates and major sections. If we're developing new content, an approval plan will be in place to review the pages being written. This can be as simple as obtaining the latest product information or developing creative copy from scratch. Our overall job is to manage the flow of content in an effective, time efficient manner that keeps the project on schedule and on budget. Establishing the right imagery is another key part to the production process. Many Web site projects require us to work with a client's existing library of product and marketing images. At times, new photography is required due to a new product or low quality of existing images. Dragonfly works with local photographers and studios to capture quality images. Our experience in the photography process helps us get the most out of a photo session and better results. We also use the same managing skills for custom illustration when photography is not practice for a specific subject matter. Another major production item is back-end Web development, which includes
content management systems, database development, e-commerce, etc. While
these systems take a large production effort on our end, most of the
client involvement is saved for reviewing the functionality in the final
stage. Some of the more extensive systems require back
and forth client feedback as the functionality comes to life. Most of
the back-end systems we develop are custom, which offers a level of flexibility
to adapt to client needs. Next Page >> Stage 4 - Testing and Launch
